By enrolling at P & B International Badminton Academy, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:
1. Registration & Fees
All participants must complete registration and pay fees before joining. Fees are non-refundable and must be paid in full as per the schedule provided.
2. Code of Conduct
Players are expected to maintain discipline, punctuality, and respect towards coaches, staff, and fellow trainees. Any form of misconduct may result in suspension or dismissal.
3. Safety & Liability
While we take all necessary precautions, the academy is not liable for any injuries or personal loss during training or events. Players must follow safety guidelines at all times.
4. Attendance & Participation
Regular attendance is essential for progress. If a player is unable to attend due to illness or other reasons, the academy should be informed in advance.
5. Use of Images
Photographs and videos taken during training or events may be used for promotional purposes unless a written objection is submitted at the time of registration.
6. Changes & Cancellations
The academy reserves the right to reschedule classes, change coaches, or cancel sessions due to unavoidable circumstances.
